Why can't I find my car?

We try to cover most of the cars on the road today. For this reason, we typically only go back to model year 1990 and don't show many of the exotics (Ferraris, Lamborghinis, etc.). New content is added daily, so please check back often. Feel free to use the Where's my car? link to suggest additional cars for us to add.

Videos are not relevant to my car

Our CarCareKeen™ platform consists of over 100 million data points and a suite of sophisticated algorithms to select the most relevant video to show you. Although some videos may not exactly feature your car, the relevant components should look similar and be in the same area in your car. We add content daily and refine our logic consistently, so please check back frequently. Feel free to use our Feedback tab to tell us about any issues you are experiencing with the site.

Videos will not play

In order to ensure that all features on CarCareKiosk work properly, please check that you are using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser. Visit https://carcarekiosk.bo.lt/BrowserUpdate for free browser upgrades.

Poor playback or missing clips

First video plays but you cannot advance to next video or you get stuck between video clips. This usually happens because DivX is installed and it decides to hijack HTML 5 video. Numerous complaints have been filed against them. To work around this issue, please disable or uninstall the "DivX Plus Web Player HTML5 <video>2.1.2.145" extension in your browser and restart the browser. If that doesn't help feel free to contact us and we will do our best to resolve your problem.

Why are some of the related videos for different types of cars?

Many different car makers utilize similar components. For example, it is possible for a Japanese car and an American car to have the same air filter. Our algorithms display similar component types from other cars to give you a better understanding of how to perform your contemplated repair.
