Consumer Review Video - 2009 Acura MDX 3.7L V6

Car Displayed: 2009 Acura MDX 3.7L V6

The 2009 Acura MDX is a relatively difficult vehicle to maintain, and is only recommended to those capable of vehicle maintenance. You will have to lower the glove box for access to the cabin air filter. This would have been easier if there were an access panel in the rear of the glove box instead. Changing the headlight on one side can be tough, as you will have to move a reservoir out of the way, and make a tough reach for access to the bulb. The fog light bulb can be difficult to change, as you will have to use many tools to peel back the wheel well lining for access.

Some things are easier on the 2009 Acura MDX. The power steering reservoir is easily visible in the engine bay. This will allow you to check and replenish the fluid level with reliability. Changing the reverse light is no problem, as you only need to remove one easy to remove cover for access. Checking the oil level is easy to do, as the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay.
