The 2010 Honda Accord EX-L is a moderately easy car to maintain, and a good choice for the experienced car owner. Replacing the center brake light is no problem, as you only have to reach through the trunk for reliable access to the bulb. To replace the engine air filter, you only have to disengage a few fasteners in order to lift the housing for access. The battery is easier to replace on this vehicle than it is on other models. The bracket that secures the battery is itself only secured by one easy to remove bolt.
Some things are tougher on the 2010 Honda Accord EX-L. In order to replace the fog light, you will have to remove a few fasteners in order to pull the panel down for access. This can be tough, as the panel and fasteners can grow tight to the vehicle. Checking the engine coolant fluid level is difficult as the fluid reservoir is not located in an easily visible spot in the engine bay. You will have to reach through the wheel well lining in order to access the headlight. This can be tough, as the lining can grow rigid and tight to the vehicle over time.
