Consumer Review Video - 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS 2.0L 4 Cyl.

Car Displayed: 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS 2.0L 4 Cyl.

The 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS is an easy car to maintain. All of the tail lights have very easy access through the trunk, which will allow for reliable bulb changes whenever necessary. The spare tire and jack kit are packaged together, which should make it easy to remove and set up in the event of a flat. Changing the engine air filter isn’t a problem as its housing disengages easily without the use of any tools.

However, the 2010 Hyundai Elantra GLS has its downsides. The headlights will require tools in order to remove the bulb assemblies or to remove the housing itself for access to them, which won’t be conducive to reliable bulb changes. Changing the cabin air filter may be a problem, as you’ll first need to remove the glove box for access. The brake fluid reservoir is located in a cramped location and may prove difficult to monitor.
