Consumer Review Video - 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GLS 2.0L 4 Cyl.

Car Displayed: 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GLS 2.0L 4 Cyl.

The 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GLS is a moderately easy car to maintain. Its battery has open access to its bracket, making it easy to replace it when necessary. The transmission fluid reservoir comes provided with a dipstick, which is easy to find, remove, and read its level markers. The engine air filter is no problem to remove, as its fasteners can be disengaged without any tools and its housing lifts up with ease.

However, the 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring GLS has some complicated lights procedures. Reliable access to the headlights will require the removal of a large panel, the air filter intake vent, and the bulb housing itself, all of which are held on by multiple fasteners. The tail light bulb housing will also need to be removed for access, which will require multiple covers and bolts to be removed. The center brake light requires a variety of tools and will be cumbersome to maneuver around.
