The 2016 Chevrolet Colorado LT is a relatively difficult truck to maintain, but shouldn’t be too hard for the experienced truck owner. To access the headlight with reliability, you will have to peel back many cumbersome panels. This access is more complicated than it is on other models. You will need to remove torx bolts in order to access the center brake light. This will require tools you may not have readily available for a repair. You will have to peel back the wheel well lining in order to access the fog light. This lining can grow tight to the vehicle and be difficult to peel back.
Some things are easier on the 2016 Chevrolet Colorado LT. Connecting the Bluetooth is easy to do, as there are easy to follow steps in the electronic menu for connecting your phone. Other models make this much more of a problem. The engine coolant fluid reservoir is easily visible in the engine bay. This will allow you to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis. Checking the oil level is easy to do, as the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay.
