Common problems and easy repairs on a 1993 Samara
The 1993 Lada Samara 1300 S is moderately easy to maintain. Changing the engine air filter is no problem, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to the filter. The headlight is accessible by simply reaching behind the bulb housing, allowing for reliable bulb changes.
