Consumer Review Video - 2005 Saturn Vue 2.2L 4 Cyl.

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2005 Vue

The 2005 Saturn Vue is an easy car to maintain. The tail lights are all located in a single housing that swings out easily with just the removal of a couple of torx bolts, allowing for reliable bulb changes when necessary. Accessing the cabin air filter won’t be a problem, as it’s quick to find behind a single panel in the cowl. Both of the fuse boxes are quick to access and the one in the engine bay comes provided with a fuse puller to make your electrical troubleshooting more convenient.

However, the 2005 Saturn Vue has its downsides. Multiple fasteners and bulb housings will need to be removed before you can access any of the headlights. Changing the center brake light may be a problem, given its non-LED assembly and tedious construction. The lack of a petcock for the radiator won’t allow you to reliably drain the coolant when necessary.
