Consumer Review Video - 2006 Ford Focus ZX3 2.0L 4 Cyl.

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2006 Focus

The 2006 Ford Focus ZX3 is a moderately difficult vehicle to maintain. You will need to remove torx bolts to remove the center brake light housing for access to the bulb. Changing the tail light bulb with reliability can be a problem, as you will have to remove a few bolts and fasteners first. You will have to peel back the wheel well lining for access to one of the front turn signal bulbs.

Some things are easier on the 2006 Ford Focus ZX3. The engine coolant reservoir is easily visible in the engine bay, which will allow you to check the fluid level on a regular basis. Changing the headlight bulb is no problem, as you only have to reach behind the housing for access. The components for the spare tire are easily found in the rear of the vehicle, which keeps them readily accessible.
