Common problems and easy repairs on a 2007 Solstice

The 2007 Pontiac Solstice is a relatively easy vehicle to maintain, and is recommended to any vehicle owner. Changing the engine air filter is easy to do, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to the filter. These fasteners are easy to disengage. The front wiper blade is easy to change with reliability. Other models will require you to use tools. The engine coolant reservoir is easily visible in the engine bay. This will allow you to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis.

Some things are more problematic on the 2007 Pontiac Solstice. The battery is extremely difficult to remove, as it is located behind one of the front wheels. This will require many tools to complete. You will have to remove the tail light housing for access to the tail light bulbs. This will require a few tools you may not have readily available for a repair. Accessing the interior fuse box can be tough, as you will have to make a tough reach and peel back a few panels for access.
