Common problems and easy repairs on a 2008 ES350

The 2008 Lexus ES350 is a relatively easy vehicle to maintain, but will require panel removal for many of these repairs. Changing the cabin air filter with reliability is no problem, as there are easy to remove access panels in the rear of the glove box instead. The components of the spare tire are easily accessible in the rear of the vehicle. This keeps the tire and jack kit ready to go in case of emergency. Changing the front wiper blade is easy to do. Other models will require the use of tools for changing your wiper blades.

Some things are problematic on the 2008 Lexus ES350. You will have to remove multiple panels for access to the headlight bulbs. Most other models will allow you to access this bulb in an easier fashion. Checking the engine coolant reservoir with reliability can be a problem, as the reservoir is not overly visible in the engine bay. You will have to remove multiple panels in order to remove the battery on this vehicle. The tools necessary may not be readily available for a repair.
