The 2010 Lexus HS250h Premium is a relatively difficult vehicle to maintain, but shouldn’t be too hard for those experienced in vehicle maintenance. Changing the fog light with reliability can be a problem, as you will have to peel down a panel from under the vehicle for access to the bulb. This will force you to contend with gravity. The battery is located in the trunk. Removing this will be more difficult, as the area it is located in is much more cramped than usual and can make the use of tools a problem. Checking the brake fluid can be tough, as you will have to remove a panel and some of the trim in order to clearly see the reservoir.

Some things are easier on the 2010 Lexus HS250h Premium. The components of the spare tire are easily accessible in the rear of the vehicle. Changing the engine air filter is easy to do, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to the filter. These fasteners are easy to disengage. The cabin air filter is also easier to access, as there are easy to remove panels in the rear of the glove box for your convenience.
