Car Displayed: 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 3.2L V6

The 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude is a pretty easy car to maintain. Checking the oil level is no problem to do on this car, as the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay. The components of the spare tire are reliably accessible in the rear of the vehicle. This keeps the jack kit and tire ready to go in case of emergency. Removing the battery is easy, as the battery bracket that secures the battery is very easy to remove.

Not everything is perfect on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. You will have to reach through the wheel well lining in order to access the headlight. This is a tight fit, and tougher access than you’ll find on other models. To access the engine air filter, you will have to loosen a few bolts. This requires the use of tools you may not have readily available for repair. Checking the engine coolant fluid level is tough, as the coolant reservoir is not located in an easily visible spot in the engine bay.
