The 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum is a relatively easy car to maintain. Many of the headlights can be accessed by simply reaching behind their bulb housing, allowing for quick and reliable changes. The spare tire and jack kit can be quickly found in the trunk, allowing for an easy removal and set-up in the event of a flat. The engine air filter can be accessed without the use of any tools, so it shouldn’t be a problem to change it when necessary.
However, the 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum does have its downsides. You will need to remove the wheel well lining to access the headlights, which has tight access overall. The air filter intake needs to be removed to access multiple engine parts, which isn’t a very reliable set-up. The transmission fluid reservoir didn’t come provided with a dipstick, which can create problems with monitoring your fluid level.
