Consumer Review Video - 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE 2.4L 4 Cyl.

Car Displayed: 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE 2.4L 4 Cyl.

The 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE is a moderately difficult van to maintain, and is only recommended to someone capable of vehicle maintenance. You will have to use complicated voice prompts in order to connect the Bluetooth. Other models make this much easier. You will have to lower the tire from under the vehicle in order to access it. The lowering mechanism can grow rusted to the vehicle over time and be difficult to turn. The engine coolant fluid reservoir is not overly visible in the engine bay. This can make it difficult to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis.

Some things are easier on the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Changing the headlight is easy to do, as you only have to reach behind the housing for access to the bulb. Both the front and rear wiper blades are easy to change on this vehicle. Other models will require the use of tools to remove your blades, so it’s a nice touch to be able to do this with just your hands. Checking the oil level is no problem, as the oil dipstick is reliably accessible in the engine bay.
