Common problems and easy repairs on a 2018 Wrangler JK
The 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sahara is rather easy to maintain. Many of the headlights are accessible by simply reaching behind the bumper, allowing for reliable bulb changes. Replacing the tail lights won’t be a problem, as the singular bulb housing removes easily once a few screws are taken out. The unobstructed access of the brake fluid reservoir will allow you to monitor the fluid levels without hassle.
However, the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sahara has a handful of complicated procedures. The headlight/highbeam bulb will first require the air filter housing or air horn to be removed for access to it, which won’t make for reliable changes. The air filter housing must also be disengaged with tools to change the filter itself, which can be a convoluted set-up. A tool will also be necessary to change the rear wiper blade, which could be problematic and time-consuming to do.
