The 2000 Saturn LS2 is a very easy vehicle to maintain and a good choice for any vehicle owner. Changing the engine air filter with reliability is no problem, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to the filter. These fasteners are easy to disengage. The fog light is easy to access and change, as you only have to reach behind the housing for access to the bulb assembly. The engine coolant reservoir is easily visible in the engine bay. This will allow you to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis.

Some things are problematic on the 2000 Saturn LS2. You will have to peel down a cover for access to the center brake light. This bulb can be easier to access. This vehicle does not include a transmission dipstick. This will make it hard to check the fluid level on a regular basis. The interior fuse box can be more difficult to access as you will have to make a tough reach for it.
